INFORMATION
Previous visa
If you ever had “ED visa” or “Working visa”, you must cancel it (Cancellation stamp must be shown in passport). If not, immigration-officer cannot extend your visa.
Your address and telephone number
We have to put your address and tel.no. in the Immigration forms. If you change it, please inform us.
TM 30 is a compulsory house owner duty.
House owners (or landlords) are required to notify Immigration when a foreigner stays in their property. You need to request a TM 30. from landlords.
Currently, a copy of TM.30 is required for applying for a visa, a visa extension, and filing a 90-day notification.
- *Your address must be within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Nonthaburi, Samutprakran, Pratumthani
- *You need to update your information when your checkout date expires or if you change your address.
Note:
- Check in date needs to updated whenever you receive a new arrival stamp
- Check out date Must be at least 3 months, or leave blank.
Visa extension (Get stay permit) every 60 - 90 days.

The ideal timeframe to apply for a visa extension is between 3 and 7 days prior to your visa's expiration date.
*If you need to renew your visa more than 7 days in advance, please contact us.
An email notification for your visa extension appointment will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks before your current visa expires.
In case you do not receive an email notification, please feel free to contact us directly to request the necessary documents and schedule your appointment.
Notify staying longer than 90 days (TM 47)
Every foreigner who stays longer than 90 days must notify their address every 90 days.
The 1st time of a notification of staying over 90 days are processed at the N counter when you extend a visa. You will receive a 90 day notification notice receipt for next time. Please check the date of next notification.
The 2nd time onwards, you must apply witihin 7 days at A counter with TM 47 form, TM 30 and a 90 days notification receipt.
*If you are staying in Nonthaburi, Samutprakan, or Pratumthani, you need to report your residence to the immigration office in your area.
When you have a new arrival date, a 90 days notification will be counted from that day. Note: Failing to notify will result in a 2,000 Baht fine.

- Application Form ( TM.8) (attached p hotog raph (4*6 cm.) that is not less than 6 months old.)
- A copy of passport page as follow Bio data page
- Passport expiration date page
- Edit personal information page (if any)
- Last entry permit stamp
- Extension Stamp to stay in the Kingdom page (if any)
- Departure card (Tm.6) (If have) and 1 copy (if any)
Application fee
- 1,000-1,500 baht for one time use
- 3,800 baht for multiple uses
