By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any course, or utilizing our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Student Attendance Policy

Students are required to attend at least 70% of the total classes in their enrolled course.
Failure to meet the minimum attendance requirement may result in administrative issues, including but not limited to ineligibility for visa extensions, in accordance with Thai Immigration regulations.

2. Immigration and Visa Compliance

As per Thai Immigration regulations, students may be required to attend mandatory appointments at the school during their visa validity period.
These appointments may take place during Thai government office hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and may fall outside regular class schedules. Attendance at these appointments is compulsory and the student’s responsibility.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for tuition fees, book fees, student registration fees, or examination fees.
By enrolling in a course, students acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.

4. Installment Payment Plan

Students who opt for an installment payment plan must adhere to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payment penalties will apply as follows:
- For amounts up to 50,000 THB: a penalty of 50 THB per day will be charged.
- For amounts exceeding 50,000 THB: a penalty of 100 THB per day will be charged.
Continuous late payments may result in suspension of access to classes or services.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the website or our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and media on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Liberty Global Education.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these external sites.

8. Privacy Policy

Use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
